8.2. 8.4. Understand that by using the Services you may be exposed to Content that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable and that, in this regard, using the Services at your own risk.

8.5. Agrees that is solely responsible for (and that the Follow Science is not accountable to each other or to third parties by) any Content that you create, transmit or display while using the Services and the consequences of their actions (including any loss or damage that may Follow Science suffer).

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. Acknowledge and agree that Follow Science (or those of Follow Science licensors) owns all legal rights, title and interest in, and for, services, including any intellectual property rights subsisting in Services (whether those rights are registered or not, and anywhere in the world where those rights may exist). Additionally, acknowledge that the Services may contain information designated as confidential by Follow Science and does not disclose without the prior written approval of Follow Science.

9.2. Unless you have agreed in writing to the contrary with the Follow Science, nothing in the Terms gives you the right to use any of brand names, service marks, logos, domain names and other distinctive signs of Follow Science.

9.3. If you have been given an explicit right to use any of these distinguishing marks of the mark in a separate written agreement with the Follow Science, then agrees that the use by you of these features will be made in compliance with that agreement, any applicable provisions of the Terms and Guidelines Usage of the signs of the mark, as updated occasionally.

9.4. Except for the limited license provided for in Section 11, the Follow Science recognizes and accepts that does not obtain any right, title or interest you (or your licensors) under these Terms in or relating to, any content that may submit, send, forward or view in or through, services, including any intellectual property rights that may subsist in that Content (whether those rights are registered or not, and anywhere in the world where those rights may exist). 10. License of Follow Science

10.1 The Follow Science gives you a personal license, worldwide, duty-free and not cedível nonexclusive license to use the software that it is provided by Follow Science as part of the Services as it is supplied by Follow Science (referred to below as "Software"). This license has the sole objective to allow you to use and enjoy the benefits of services as provided by Follow Science, as permitted by the Terms.

You can not (and can not allow anyone else to) copy, modify, create a derivative work of reverse engineering, unpack or in any way trying to extract the source code of the Software or any of the parties, unless expressly permitted or required by Law, or unless it has been specifically told in writing by Follow Science can do that.

10.3. Unless the Follow Science has given a specific written permission to do so, you can not assign (or grant a sub-license) of their rights to use the Software, grant us or a guarantee on their rights to use the Software, or, otherwise transfer any portion of their rights to use the Software.

12. Software Updates

(C) the partner with whom the Follow Science offered services has ended its relationship with the Follow Science or has ceased to offer the services, or

(D) the Follow Science is over in a situation where it no longer provides services to users in the country in which it is resident or in

(E) the provision of services rendered to you Follow Science no longer the case, in the opinion of Follow Science, commercially viable.

13.4. Nothing in this section affects the rights of Follow Science relating to the provision of services under Section 4 of the Terms.

13.5. When these terms end, all legal rights, obligations and responsibilities that have been benefited by it and by Follow Science that have been subject to (or which have increased as the Terms have been in force) or explicitly should remain in force indefinitely, are not affected by this termination, and the provisions of paragraph 20.7 continue to apply to such rights, obligations and responsibilities indefinitely.

14. Exclusion of guarantees

14.1 The services are provided "as is" and Follow Science, its affiliates and licensors will not give any assurance in respect to them.

14.2 In particular, Follow Science, its affiliates and licensors, does not ensure that:

(A) the use of the Services will meet your requirements;

(B) the use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from error-checking;

(C) any information obtained as a result of their use of the Services will be accurate or reliable, and

(D) any defects in the operation or the functionality of any software to be supplied as part of the Services, is fixed.

14.3 No conditions, warranties or other terms (including any implied terms relating to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose or conformance with description) applies to services, except to the extent that they are explicitly defined in the Terms.

14.4 Nothing in the Terms will affect the statutory rights of which will always have that right as a consumer and, contractually, can not agree to sell or abandon them.

15. Limitation of Liability

15.1 Nothing in these Terms exclude or limit the liability of whom Follow Science by the losses can not be lawfully excluded or restricted by applicable law.

15.2 Subject to the general provisioning referred to in paragraph 15.1 above, Follow Science, and its Affiliates, and its licensors shall not be responsible for:

(A) (A) any loss, indirect or consequential that may be incurred. (v) failure to maintain, for its part, security and confidentiality on the data from your account and their password.

20.3 Agree that the Follow Science can provide you with information, especially those related to changes to the Terms, by electronic mail, regular mail, or notices in their own services.

20.4 Agree that if the Follow Science not exercise or use any legal right or corrective contained in the Terms (or which Follow Science has the right under any Act may be applicable), this will not be taken as a formal renunciation of the rights Follow Science, keeping if these rights available to all due and legal purposes.

20.7 The Terms, as well as their relationship with the Follow Science under these Terms shall be governed by Brazilian law.
